Fear is an emotion that helps us to become aware of danger, and when we have not learned how to manage it, it may make us feel paralized, incapable of reacting. We will explore our fears, ways in which they serve us well, and how to make them smaller. 

from kindergarden to 7 year olds

activities:

  • WHAT IS FEAR? WHAT IS COURAGE?: Introduction.
  • MEETING LILY: Lily, created by the writer Cristina Gutiérrez, shows us an infallible trick to manage our fear.
  • NANA’S CHALLENGES: A dynamic and fun adventure circuit, where we will train our courage.
  • OBTAINING THE MAGIC: By using a magical spell we will obtain the magic stones that will help us transform our fears into something positive. We will work on emotional self-control.

for 8-9 year olds

activities:

  • WHAT IS FEAR? WHAT IS COURAGE?: Introduction.
  • STANDING ON A HORSE: Experience the feeling of both fear and courage. We will work on emotional self-regulation.
  • THE RAVINE OF SELF-ESTEEM: Trekking through the forest with a natural obstacle to overcome. All those who manage to overcome it will feel better about themselves no. We will work on emotional awareness and strategies to face our fears.
  • BLINDFOLDED: Workshop on emotional awareness where we will realize how we face and manage difficult circumstances. We will work on emotional autonomy (feeling safe and feeling brave) and emotional self-control.
