Confidence

CONFIDENCE – SELF-CONCEPT – SECURITY

Self-esteem helps us protect ourselves, know what we want and work to get it. People with healthy self-esteem do better academically, are more creative, and cope better with difficulties. They are also more generous and maintain healthier relationships.
